I purchased 2009 PRHT Mx5 with 46,000 3 years ago and I've put about 25,000 since then. I've had no major issues and have done routine maintenance and upgrades like adding sound proofing. The parts are reasonable and there is an abundance of aftermarket performance parts if you chose to go that way. Like most cars if you use and abuse them they don't last. Most sports cars get this treatment. With Miata's a good many original owners are older and baby and maintain them. Enjoyed the video!
