I’ll sum it up since he cannot. Assuming your battery is strong enough to power headlights, radio, windows…If u turn ignition and get just a split second sound (possibly followed by 3-4 seconds of clicking noise), it’s your starter. Find your starter motor underneath your car (cylinder shaped object looks like its piggy backing a larger cylinder object) …. rap it gently a few times with a hammer or pliers. Did the trick for me, and my Freestar starter did not have many miles on it.
