I love this because not only are you profiting off it. But you are actually giving people who may not have 10-8k to drop on a brand new one (even better since the cr 2 strokes aren't made anymore) essentially a like new bike for decent price. Allowing more people to love and enjoy the fun that motobikes bring.

Hello Matt, If you have the room for the through of the torque wrench around the cylinder head. A trick we use in aviation is to set the adapter on the torque wrench at a 90 degree angle . In doing so, there is no need to do the equation to determine the lower TQ value. Great video!!!!

At the beginning of the video I thought you were going to do a spit & polish. I was surprised when you opened up the motor & even did the linkage bearings! I think you did everything I do when tuning up a bike. Most guys just wash it & throw stickers on it. Looks super nice!

Hey man, just found your channel recently, as this is what I do as well. Great content! Quick tip I have learned from older, wiser guys than me: using the torque wrench with that wrench adapter all you need to do is have the adapter at a 90 degree angle to the torque wrench and you can then use the correct torque numbers. Checking squish is something that is actually fairly new to me. I have never done it in the past and just recently started researching and trying it out. I've had excellent results using a hairdryer for sticker removal; just warm up a section and slowly peel off graphic and the adhesive material will stick with the graphic; the heat 'releases' the adhesive for clean easy removal.

Always skeptical about these flipping dirtbike for profit videos on KZbin, because a lot of people just get a cheap bike(good deal) make it look good and sell for profit what the original seller could have done. But you ACTULLY fixed the things wrong mechanically and really went through the bike, and good editing and filming. Good vid👍🏻

Great video!!! I have a similar issue with solvents since I do all my restorations in a townhouse. I use Spray Nine for all the hard stuff - it is non-solvent but you'd swear it is by the way it works as a degreaser. I also use the purple Simple Green HD diluted in my ultrasonic cleaner. Keep up the great work...these videos are amazing.
