Thanks for making this video, my wife's 06 explorer sprung a leak today just like yours did and I called Advance and gave them the part number that u had but the only thing different was the bolt sleeves were not already in the new assembly, just a matter of tapping them out with a 1/4" drive extension and inserting them into the new one.

How much rtv sealant for water pumps did you use? Where exactly did you put it and how long did you let it cure for?

My 2006 explore make a seeping nose under the thermostat housing what could that bee

There is a little lip seal between the top of the motor and the thermostat housing, that's probably what's leaking or the housing may of have warped as well.
