I filmed replacing the spark plugs on a 2008 Hyundai Sonata with the 3.3 V6. It should be the same on 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2010 models.
You'll need 6 spark plugs (NGK 7854 is the OEM plug, I used a Bosch 8100), a plenum gasket set (Part# 037-4837 or MS19703), some thread locker and possibly some anti-seize.
For tools, you'll need a 10mm, 12mm and 14mm wrench, a spark plug tool, needle nose pliers and a small flathead screwdriver.
All in all, not that bad of a job. You could probably do it in 2 hours.
