I'm a sucker for Centri blowers because of where they make max hp at high RPM. Plus they make a really cool sound at idle.

Hey, fellow 09 Bullitt owner 😎 With the 09, the CMCV is built into the intake, so deleting them isn't as easy as 05-08. I went with the Ford Racing intake. With my throwback package it seemed to clear up some throttle lag/input with them gone. Not sure if I picked up HP but it felt alot smoother.

That CDC shaker is purely appearance. It mounts to the intake manifold and sticks through the hood. Does not physically do anything except look cool. They are sweet.

Before i slap something like that on my car what are some suggested mods? Like upgrading suspension or do i need to go all forged internals

I have 135k on a 2005 gt and I want to put some money into it. Would it be worth it in your opinion? Or should I save money and eventually get something with less miles on it?

As long as it has been maintained 135k is not really a big deal. But you need to know the history on the car and make sure the engine is top notch.

@@BrenspeedEngineering I bought it from facebook marketplace so I’m not sure the history of the engine but I’ve owned it for about 8 months and havnt had to do any mechanical repairs besides belts and oil changes. It seems to run really well. I think the first thing I’ll get is one of your guys tuners.

I have the 1200 with their rocker cams on my 09. The one thing with the 09 is that you can't run delete plates since the CMCV is built into the intake. You could source an 08 intake maybe, but I just went with the Ford Racing intake. It made a pretty big difference, NA I didn't have any issue with the CMCV but with the blower there was some lag/hesitation it felt like with them on. But having them gone cleaned up throttle response it seemed.
