Nice job. Good detailed video. I've done my Passat today. The gearbox weighs alotttttt at least 50 to 60kg. I put a foam piece on my chest and got the gearbox out. I made a mistake by not jacking the car higher up, luckily my brother helped and put it back again. Your video helped out at alot of different small steps. Thanks

This man is a grafter. I've watched god knows how many of his clutch videos since one of his videos appeared in my feed. Highly skilled (go try changing a clutch even with a proper lift etc in a garage etc), cracks on and does the job the right way. Also bear in mind the weight of some of these gearboxes ! The less obvious thing to some is he is a very clever marketer. Great job and I genuinely hope the work keeps coming in for you because it's grafters like yourself who deserve it not those large chains who couldn't touch this man in terms of work rate or quality of work.

Bonjour. Bon courage

The beauty of not having to drop the gearbox right down on that one. What was that bit of metal you pulled from the dual mass before unbolting it?
@niklascarlberg9194 Жыл бұрын
Thank you for a great video! A question: About 44:30 into the video, when you push the gearbox, is there a trick to it? I get trough the splints fine, but the last (about) 8mm seems impossible. I guess the axle from the gearbox don’t go in the engin. Is it a bering or something there. How can i make it hit that center? You adjust the position of the engin a bit, and it looks so easy. I have adjusted the position like that, about 99 times and I’m just stuck… 😵
