2008 Ford Taurus X SEL blows half cold half hot (blend door actuator replacement)

2008 ford taurus x would blow cold on the driver side and hot on the passenger, tried many methods but wouldn’t work and Mechanic wanted to charge me $450 dollars for labor “removing the dash” plus the part, y’all already know how they are, so I decided to get down and dirty and used a 5/16 (can also use 1/4 or 8) socket to remove both screws, was my first time doing it so it was hard but when I was finishing it was not as hard any questions just ask below
