Thanks very much for these two videos. It saved me a lot of time and possibly money figuring out how to do this. Something I found helpful when putting the mirror back was to use a piece of wood that would touch the lip of the mirror on at least two sides while snapping it in. This helps to avoid any pressure on the reflective surface of the mirror and prevents it from cracking.

Excellent for details! I just need to replace the glass on my mirror but think I can now, thanks to you! Showing how & where to press to remove wires from the harness could be Greatly Appreciated! I haven’t been able to take apart one harness apart correctly yet!
