The LP640 generation of the Lamborghini Murcielago is a childhood poster car for many enthusiasts. Wildly over the top in every regard, this car defined what a Lamborghini supercar should be. Now that we are 15 years and about to see the new hybrid V12 Revuelto hit the streets, let's take this Murci for a drive and remind ourselves what this era of Lamborghini V12s was like!

The first "fast" car I ever drove was a first gen Murci when I was 18. I'm 30 now, and even after working for an exotic car dealership years back, the Murci is still the best sounding car I've ever driven. The V12 Aston Martin Vantage would probably be my 2nd favorite and then 3rd would be Corvette C6 ZR1 out of the cars i've driven.

Reiter exhaust from the R-GT. Exact one used on the race car. Tune is necessary to make it work with the stock ECU
