I'm a Bears fan but I do have an admiration for the Vikings. They are well-run and respected as a team and never show themselves up after they win a game - they just do their jobs and show up as gentlemen. But losing critical games can be quite sad especially during the playoffs and in games in which they try to make the playoffs - witness the last second win at Arizona in 2003 as Cardinals reciever Nate Poole broke the Vikings' hearts. But fortunately the Vikings are not the Browns or the Lions or the Bengals or the Jets. They seemingly pick themselves up after a tough defeat and perform admirably as a quality football team should.

Also, of the hit was late ore there was a flag then no one got paid. In other words all hits had to be clean hits.

If he was trying to knock him out of the game he would have took him to the ground. And after Favre was injured the saints pulled up. They got to him several more times but didn't take him down. Same with Kurt Warner. When the game was out of reach they would hold Warner up when they got to him instead of taking him down. They would have gone for the knees a lot if they were trying to get guys carted off

Yes, Favre lit up his former team twice. But this was for a trip to the NFC Championship. Rice 3 TD's. Sacked Romo 6 times. A Huge win! 4. 2015: Road win, 20-13. Defense won this game with a fumble return for a TD. A late interception. Vikings rare win in the Packers house! 2 honorable mentions would be: 1. 2,000 yard season for Adrian ends with MVP honors in Vikings win vs Packers 2. 2009: The hail mary last second TD by Brett Favre vs 49ers.
