Look at the velocity on Favre's throws it's incredible. No matter what happened at the end of the year in the Playoffs, this was an outstanding year for him. His age, the injuries, the comeback....the best TD/INT ratio of his career and didn't lose any of that flame-thrower of an arm. I mean just look at how hard he throws the ball through traffic, and how great his timing was with the WR's. Outside of Barry Sanders, as a huge Bills fan, the only non-Bills jersey I ever wore consistently was Brett Favre. He was just so much fun to watch.

You say that now but imagine losing all chance of even getting the the playoffs because your starting qb got injured
@TheLocalLt4 жыл бұрын
dova kitten except that before these rule changes the QB wasn’t a superposition and you didn’t necessarily need your starting QB (or to have your starter even be good) to get to the playoffs, as long as you had a solid run game and O-line you could run it 40 times a game and wear teams down, then hit them with a play action pass for the dagger. Some teams rolled out trash QBs year after year paying them dirt and still made the playoffs every season, because QB is just one position and there are supposed to be multiple different ways to win. That is until these exact rule changes made QB into an untouchable superposition.
