Heater blower works but isn't getting warm inside vehicle

Make sure the coolant is full get warmed up then compare the upper and lower hose temp from radiator if one hot and other is cold try thermostat if both hot feel the hoses coming from the dash one hot and one cold restricted heater core blow it it out with some air and water blow gun type
