Nice video, love how your mind goes wild during combat. I dont think your chimneys are working tho, from what i experienced you need a 1m pole and a roof ridge (open side without a beam in it) for smoke to vent. The particles seem to be way bigger than one might expect.

Oh so that's probably way the entire ceiling is covered in smoke then, lol. It seems fine right now, I think the roof is high enough to where it wont be a problem

@@slipsloptv It should be no problem. I think smoke will never go down again so no suffocation for now (would love to have a more realistic smoke system but its still a lot of fun to tinker with chimneys). Btw great boar and wolf farm design, helped a lot with the meats.

Nice building and farming episode! Getting and good base set up is one of my favorite parts of Valheim. This made me want to play :)

Nice video, I love how you walk out and bam you find 2 1-star boars. It was like you planned that, I never seem to have that much luck. I did in one game find a 1 star and a no-star and they bread some of each and it did not take long to have a herd of 1-stars only which seemed good to me, I just wish finding 2-star boars was a little easier, I mean you all show how easy it is but my world never seems to be a kind. :) One thing it would have been cool to see all three buildings but I get that you have a life so, no real complaints. Hey, the forest attack was extra wood :)

I would've been happy with one, but then the server blessed me with a second 1 star, lol. I can't remember the last time I saw a 2 star boar, even through the assassin challenge I didn't run into a single one. I know we didn't have time to build the armory, I'll throw that in in the next episode. Was strapped for time and wanted to start editing so I could have the vid out today for you guys. ;P

When you chop down a tree, you don't need to run away from it. The further you run, the more likely it will fall on you. If you push the tree as it falls, you can indicate the direction in which it will fall. This is useful when the tree is near water and needs to be dropped to the other side. It is useful to put several pillars near the water. Then the log will not roll into the water.

Gotta use the 2nd boss power to chop trees faster it's so overlooked and under utilized but speeds up chopping so much!

For sure. Maybe I should've built the base after killing the elder, lol. I wish they would add mining damage to to the buff too, then it would be perfect.

@@slipsloptv I found it so odd it was just WC on not mining as well. Doesn't really make sense and would have been super useful during those long copper grinds.
