I tested a use 2010 runs great motor looks good no leaks should I buy and if i do what kind o maintenance service,l besides oils change should I do to it before I take on a long trip

As with any vehicle, it depends greatly on the condition and maintenance history, but one thing to look for is if the timing chain tensioner has been replaced with the updated version. The timing chain tensioner in the TSI engine in VW vehicles is prone to premature failure from the 2008 - 2012 model years. VW updated the design of the tensioner midway through 2012.
