2011-2019 V6 Durango PCV Valve replacement

I used dealer products only. Parts was about $120 bucks. Saved myself some money by doing it myself.

Thanks for the video, very helpful! For the DIY’ers I give this Pcv/hose replacement a 8/10 Rat Bastards. Only because the transmission tube is in the way of the upgraded orientation of the Pcv valve/Pcv hose, and the other end of the hose is very hard to reach, you either use a flexible hose clamp remover with cable extension(recommend), or remove the upper plenum. Cring tip, I had to pry the transmission tube just enough out of the way so that I could fit the upgraded hose on the upgraded valve orientation. Some vehicles with same type of engine may be different. Vehicle I worked on 2012 dodge Durango SXT V6.

2018 and newer Pentastar 3.6 V6 engines have a different PCV valve. They twist off rather than the flange mount depicted.

My 2012 wrangler has even less room to work out the pcv valve

I just did it it took me 4 hours I'm pretty handy when it comes to changing parts but I have to admit this job is far far from easy
