I have 2011 SS also with SLP exhaust.. and I agree its decel pop. Mine sounds the same and I love it. Good job

I have the exact same setup as you! Love the backfire! You should invest in an oil catch can. I purchased mine from Phastek. Well worth the money and is great for preventative maintenance. What else you plan on doing to yours? Me, i'm going with Texas speed headers... Not sure if I'm deleting my cats yet.

If you lightly blip the gas after the first set of pops it will keep popping, a lot longer too.

Awesome exterior sound video. I am considering installing the Borla ATAK catback exhaust system on my 2010 Camaro SS. Is there any droning noise (constant tone) in the cabin with this exhaust system? Does the exhaust noise vibrate the interior cabin?

Hey man this is my car, with the catback there's pretty much no drone at all. It has Kooks Long tube headers and catless connection pipes now and still no drone. If any, it would be at 950 rpm. It's noticeable on a cold start once the rpm starts to decrease, but that is the only time you'll have drone with this exhaust. It's a quality exhaust and sounds great. I highly suggest it

i have tsp lt with xpipe straightpiped and the decel popping is so loud im about to get it tuned out or get mufflers

With the GoPro did you use the solid back cover or the one with the slots in it?

The one with slots...I wish it would sound better but idk if I can change much else

A cat-back exhaust is all the pipes behind the catalytic converter which includes the mid-pipes and axle-back (mufflers).

no, my brother has a good mechanic my dad has been using a long time. hes a small business mechanic and he did the installation of the whole exhaust system.

this is my car on my brother's channel, all the car had at this point was catback and intake. it had stock headers and cats. on his other video of the car it has longtubes with no cats, along with a tune
