I have to think that the idea was better than the execution. The chest is definitely too large, the arms and their armor a bit lacking and the backpack excessive. It needed a smaller chest piece and proper arms/arm cannons. The old Spytroops/VvV era Exo-Squad clone mechs did that better overall, and splitting it into pieces should have allowed a better distribution of the armor. The bike itself is nice though, and the figure is okay allowing for the giant cylinders grafted to it for the gimmick.

Not bad this toy actually. Had I got it when I was a kid I would have had cool afternoons playing in my house. :-) . Didn't like the transformation, though. Looks cool but does not look sooooooo cool for posing.
