XLNT video! Very straightforward and easy to follow. I have a 2010 Navigator and am about to replace both front seat bottoms. My guess is removing the seat was mandatory to be able to get to the side of the seat along the center console? Great idea with the zip ties!! Thank you for posting this video, I just subscribed.

I’ve taken out my seats (2012 Expedition) to pressure wash the carpets and you definitely should disconnect the battery anytime you unplug the electrical seat harness as it can cause the airbags to deploy.
