Sekadar nak maklumkan. Model terbaru Preve dah dilengkapi dgn 7" LCD screen sama macam dlm Suprima. Warranty pulak ditambah sehingga 7 tahun. Baru lepas pandu uji kereta Preve Premium tengah hari tadi. Memang rasa selesa dan menyakinkan bila pandu. Bawak 100km/j Preve rasa macam bawak 70km/j guna Proton Persona. Safety pun tip top. Cuma kkrgn dia takde leather seat dgn front & reverse camera.

Apparently it will be. This will be Proton's first "global" car, and so far apart from Malaysia, it was recently launched in Australia and Thailand.

You need to insert the key into the slot to start. The Preve isn't equipped with keyless entry and keyless start. It only has keyless entry.

The early BMWs which had the push button start but no comfort access did require the insertion of the key fob into a slot on the dash before being able to start the car.

Did I ever insult Proton? Not once. Well, they might not be the best back in the day, but they have improved over time. That being said, Protons are fairly reasonable cars to drive.

I think this is Malaysian pride, although is still not up to big brands standards, but it shows the world Malaysia but better and better cars! (I'm not Malaysian, but I do know quite a lot of previous proton models and this is what I think)

It's the cam which causes the blinking prob.. try to film an LED with faster frames per second on an led light.. u'll see the blink

The blinking LED is because of the camera and the LED that doesn't sync the lighting properly. Check out the Ferrari 458 italia review by top gear, it's also the same thing. so don't worry about it :D

i been using this car since 16 of Mei and to tell you the true if you can't compare it to the imported model like ford or toyota or mazda but it its much better than kia. It save fuel and it is very comfortable when u are driving long distant.If u are looking for a car that is cheap and comfortable u can buy preve but if u are looking for speed it is not the car for u. i hope this help.

proton already had it in mind to sell it in uk and eu. engine already made to comply with euro4 emission and fuel consumption. quite a shock to see a uk citizen asking when it will come out to uk. here some malaysian doesn't really appreciate the capability of the malaysian car maker, except to curse and bash these nice and reasonable priced car. but opted to more expensive japanase made which sometimes are burdening their living expenditure.

wow...i had doubts at first because you sounded like u were quoting of a brochure or something. THEN at 6:20 u mentioned the car's front wheel drive!! which is really2 good. not many people do that....its the most important feature u want to know in a car. (even the preve user manual doesnt indicate whether it RWD or FWD). ps under certain conditions the car can reach speeds of up to 215km/h

Within 7 months of owning the Preve, I've had to visit service center more than 10 times. The problems, among many others: i. Engine Low Battery warning light ii. SRS Airbag false warning light iii. Burnt headlamp (Protontechnical manager admitted this is a design fault, and he expects the headlamp to last only 6 months if using auto-sensor) iv. Gearbox failure while driving on a highway. Search "Proton Preve After 7 Months"
