My digital part of the dash went out (2013 ram Laramie longhorn), but all analog gauges work just fine. Is this a sign that I need to get a whole new cluster like you pulled out or should I be looking for something simple like a fuse blown or something?

Total or intermittent loss of power to the display screen is a symptom that we repair for. You don't have to worry about paying for a whole new cluster--you simply remove your cluster (like you saw in the video) and send it to us. Once we receive it, we will repair it and ship it out by the next day! If you'd like to do some troubleshooting first to rule out other possibilities, you can check the following fuses to make sure they're fully connected and not blown: - 49 (10A) - 88 (one is 15A, one is 10A) - 104 (20A). If this check out, then we recommend you test your battery and alternator to make sure they're putting out proper voltage. Make sure you test them while engine is off and while engine is running.

Can you repair the speedometer itself? Mine won't goto zero, and is 7 or 8 miles off compared to digital

I got several cracks on the lens, can I just replace the plastic lens or do I have to replace the whole cluster assembly ?

Sorry, Timothy. We don't stock lenses for these clusters. But if you can find a source, the lens can be easily taken off and replaced. (Just don't bump the gauge needles)

Will a 2014 cluster for fit a 2019 classic? If so how much to program it for me?

Thank you for the question. We do not offer programming services for these clusters, and aren't able to guarantee that a 2014 cluster would fit and function in a 2019 Classic.

How do I replace the light bulb that's out?

Which bulb are you talking about--an indicator or backlighting?

@CircuitBoardMedicsLLC the bulbs inside the cluster. Specifically, the bulb behind my speedometer is out and I was think of replacing that myself versus taking it to the dealer.

That's not part of our standard repair but we'd gladly take a look at the light for you. If you prefer to fix the light yourself vs taking it to the dealership, we are not able to confidently recommend any other service.
