0:28 my screen just keeps saying bluetooth off and then when i turn it on, it turns the bluetooth off again and its a cycle

Yes. I just got it set up and it looks like you first have to pair it, then go back to sync settings / select source / bluetooth audio. Then hit media

Try to delete all previous phones FIRST. That's what I did, them my phone finally worked. I was trying for awhile.
