I purchased this exact model new in 2013. This is a very well designed and built Canadian RV. Perfect for a couple, not a family. The Ford E350 is solid and powerful, far better than the Transit. It is a 20 ft van and easy to drive and park anywhere. One of my favorite features are the 6 inch bump outs on each side of the coach. This creates an extra 12 inches of walk space in the interior. Not tight and claustrofobic like ALL Class B's. Makes a huge difference. Another nice feature is the single side entrance door. Not a big sliding door as with other Class B's. The asking price is too high.

A "model B+" is actually a Class C, much like all squares are also rectangles. It's all about the chassis and this is built on what's called a cutaway chassis. This unit is both a Class C and a "model B+".

Honestly the engine sounds... i don't know about that. Asking for 63k ? My 2008 Econoline E150 4.6 liter 8 cylinder engine sounds quiter and better with 130k miles .

Sales liar, local owner on Boise but it has colorado tags. Seats in great shape but those are seat covers on them. Transparent, not really.

@DennisKing-yn3rw stand corrected on seats, bad eyes on a cracked phone screen. I was full-time lance 2 years 35,000 road miles, back 2010, since then I've looked at many units, settled on a full size school bus to convert in time as hobby. The price on this is ridiculous and when sales says local owned Boise but colorado tags on don't trust a single word from.
