its not that slow, alot of Focus and Fusion owners swap their engine using the 13'-14' escapes 2.0 it can handle power. ive seen Escapes 2.0 go for 60 in 6s, now put that same engine in a more lighter HotHatch or sedan.

ehh its like a bigger Focus why not. same engine almost same chassis just bigger. slam a Escape down you have a focus. the 2.0 can handle power look at stroup performance channel he used a '15 escapes 2.0 for the engine swap and thing makes 400hp. it looks dumb on the escape yeah but that tiny engine can pack a punch, with the right tune and bolt on that is.

I blame the owner for having this done to the vehicle. Then again, if the owner thinks lowering something like an Escape is a good idea. . .
