2013 Hyundai Elantra Automatic | Walkaround and Review

This time we have the 2013 Hyundai Elantra 1.6 SX AT for a walkaround and discuss the features. I have sold it off already as it was a little mellow but the feature list just goes on and on. I had an elantra 2013 model that had done 90k km. I had purchased it for 5.2L. It was 1st owner. Also I had purchased it 2.5 years ago.

Is it good for long term and how much are service or yearly expenses ?

Service cost is very nominal. The last service from Gomechanic had costed me 4770 rupees which included semi synthetic oil. If you go for mineral the price will be even lower. 3800 approx and with discount coupon comes down to 3300-3400

Is the engine noise normal ?

Yes engine noise is as expected from a diesel. However if you plan on getting a used one for yourself, do check the cabin for rattling noises. Mine has a few cabin noise and just for that reason I sold it off. When I say cabin noise I mean from the interior plastics and all. Otherwise mileage and all were very good with the car.
