I ordered mine here in the U.S. on Feb 8th and am still waiting. I believe Air Suspension is the hold up though. I've seen some on ramforum.com get there's in 2 months without the air. I'd say 8-14 weeks is a good number.

Canada has always followed the systems used in the UK (naturally, they brought it with them when they arrived and settled). We use the metric system, with some exceptions. We've even maintained the spelling of words such as "colour" as opposed to the American spelling "color". Even our government is set up very similar to the British (Prime Minister as opposed to President). There's even evidence of maintaining loyalty to the Queen, as you can see on our currency, and even the Union Jack.

it was there for 2013 only with the new interior. the console shift represents the 6 speed auto i think then they switched to the knob in late 2013 to early 2014

I've noticed on some of both the Ford F-150's and these Dodge Ram's that they have km/h in larger print on the odometers and the mph gauge is the smaller. A bit confusing when in the USA we've always gone by the American system and not the metric system. And you would think on a Dodge or Ford that the American standard system would predominate the European system. I want to easily identify my speed without trying to determine where say "50 or 70mph" is. Yes it's there, it's just smaller. Why?
