2014 dodge avenger vacuum leak

Dodge Chrysler p2173 it was discovered that the intake seals were leaking after spraying brake cleaner into the intake manifold seals.

Here we had a bad intake manifold gasket. Engine had overheated and melted the intake manifold. The valve cover leaked oil so I replaced it since I was already there.

So what was it after all?

I have the same two codes P2173 and C121C. I think Mechanics dont believe me and think its the computer. They diagnose it as PCM issue.
