This Polish Army MRE is one of the most well balanced, delicious, and easy to prepare Military Rations ever made. Weighing only 1 pound, containing 1,300 calories, and packed with high quality contents with mostly natural ingredients. Awesome MRE - I hope you all enjoy this review. Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year to you all - be back with something new (or old) in a couple days! -Steve

Panzerwaffles are made that way so that they keep for years. They really do. I think 20 years or more without getting stale if kept dry. (Also nobody sane wants to try them before without rehydrating them. The steam off from FRH is excellent for that purpose.) If kept under nitrogen or in vacuum, these don't go stale forever because they're baked multiple times and unbleached flour.

That's Polish Kielbasa in there and its "Polish Baked Beans", or Breton Beans (Fasolka po Bretonsku). Its actually a French recipe but made in a Polish way. Very hearty and considered comfort food. My mom used to make it a lot and we'd eat it for lunch and dinner but I could see how it could be a hearty breakfast.

And civilians when you give them one portion you can bet they will gonna come back to field kitchen and be asking can they have one more, its just so good in this combination with fresh bread, without fresh bread you losing a loot of the real taste of that dish.

This review is sooo tasty ! :) In the 24h Polish ration there is a crisp bread that will not break your teeth, fortunately. The panzerwaffels are better to break and eat in pieces. But it's true - this ration is really tasty - you have the main with smoky taste coming from sausage and bacon (yes, we buy this stuff everyday in shops here :) ) - I cannot stop eating it either ! And the blackcurrant is the most beloved taste for me. All the fruit teas are better warm/hot.

There's something really cool about your videos. I mean I've never been really interested in rations or anything, but when someone talks about something they care about like this, it really grips you. The content doesn't have to be all that perfect or surprising or funny, it's enough that a person who really likes some stuff wants to show it to you and talk about it. For all the time I've been subscribed I've put off watching these videos, and this is the first I've gotten 'round to. The critique is excellent, and I never thought these rations could be so darn appetising (speaking as a fussy eater too)! This is really good stuff, so do keep it up! Absolutely fascinating! ^^
