Quick question, when u free the door from the 2 cables, was it free to move?. Mine gets hard to open but for closing it closes easy and smooth. Thanks!.

Don't know where I can get a pulley? Mine is damaged and needs to be replaced.

How did you get the pulley wheel out? I can't get mine to budge. The coating on my cables bunched up and has jammed up the wheel.

It should be pretty free after you take off the centre nut. Mine as a bit jammed because of the mangled cables also, you should be able to rock it back and forth. Perhaps apply some Silicone lube?

How long are the cables supposed to be? I made the mistake of throwing the old ones away cause I removed them so I could open the door manually. I should’ve measured them first lol.
