I benefit from helping others hear exhausts they don't hear on here much. It is costly but I collected a few of them over the years and that's what started it then I was looking for a specific sound but it got out of hand. Lol It helps out so many hear different setups rather than guessing or buying an expensive catback and not liking it. That is my benefit. Costly yes but worth it so far and it was fun. Plus I met quite a few good people from it. Thanks for the support!

Something special to get the rev matching shift? I asked my dad if his 2015 did that and he hadn't tried it out.

You mean like at 4:08? On the aggressive part of these videos, I'm in manual mode where you shift the lever all the way down in M1 and use the + or - button to shift. At 4:08 I'm in M4 then hit - to manually downshift twice which gives the Rev match affect. It will also do this in trailer mode as you hit the brakes.

Man I wish I could try set ups like you do lol I’m close but have to stop haha you should try spintech next the 9000 series. And the kamakazi muffler to. Moroso spiral flows as well lol hell just try every one out there 🤣 there’s a company called reaper I think that makes some super expensive ones iv never seen or herd before.

Haha thanks. It has been fun and helped others out but the muffler setup I have on now will be my last setup until I go turbo. I would love to try more like you mentioned but I need to cut it off and keep going with the build and saving some money to do so

@@codysparks092 I'll probably connect it using the factory flange and location so I can still is the exhaust setup I have now but I will add a 3.5" cutout after the turbo for when I need it. 😈

@@codysparks092 Eventually. I'm doing to do a turbo, then work out all those bugs and when I get it perfect and the size turbo I like best, I'll get a custom cam made for the turbo.

Did the tune improve throttle response? I’ve driven 4 Silverados 2008-2015 and the throttle response feels slower compared to older trucks

How did you like the carven TR muffler vs the borla atak? And did you have to weld them on? I looked up the carven and it looks like it can only be welded on. And the borla looks like it can be clamped on or welded?

I like the ATAK more but the TR sounded great. Definitely one of the top favorites. I welded short pieces of exhaust tubing I had flared to fit over 3" tubing to each end of the TR to make it a slip on so I didn't have to weld it in place.

And the borla atak u just clamped on? No weld?

@@bsilva0887 right. I used stainless band clamps on all the mufflers so I could remove them quickly and easily plus sell them easier too
