I know this is an old video but hopefully you can respond. I see you changed to the r400 from nameless, how do you compare the two? In volume and tone. I’m stuck between the R400 and nameless 4” mufflers. It will he just the catback for a while, no down pipe as you have here

Hey man love the setup. I have a 17 stage 1 with ets intake and R400 looking to throw on DP and go stage 2 soon. My question to you or anyone with experience is did you experience any problems with boost creep in the 15+ models? I heard a lot of people talking about it with the previous gen when running an aftermarket CAI and turbo back. Can’t find a lot about it in regards to new fa20 motor and different turbo (possibly better wastegate on new turbo??)... any info would be appreciated..

Oliver Ruggles you will get boost creep and temperatures under 40 degrees but it's not a big deal car runs Flawless as long as it's tuned well you'll be fine. Especially when the shity stock tune has ridiculous boost creep almost up to 23.2 PSI. Use Eric from torqued performance he's awesome the tune runs amazing

Question, the tuner can take out the CEL when running catless, but does that make it just not show up as a CEL light on the dash and/or still appear during emissions on the backend? Or does the tune completely negate it from throwing a CEL in the first place?

T Mthembu stock 0-60mph for the FA20 is 5.0-5.2, most stage 2+ WRXs can be 4.6ish, it really depends on the driver for a smooth but strong launch

Intercooler done. went with a process west top mount. Eric was able to squeeze about 20 more ponys out of her.. heat soak no more!

I got a catless downpipe setup on my 2017, it worked for about 3 days until the subie started jerking back and forth really hard when I get on the throttle, did you have this issue? Do I just need to get a protune because I have the AP

Christopher Jose cant speak for the wrx but from other catless cars i could tell you it smells bad, i have a catted pipe on my 16 wrx and it only smells kind of bad during cold start, but doesnt when its warm.

Are you talking about the rev hang? If you have the same car and it’s on the factory tune, that’s probably what’s causing problems. The rev hang that these cars come with out of the box is ridiculous. Invest in an AP to make that go away!

What special about the way he shifts?looks normal to me.i shift like theres no NEUTRAL (middle part) each shift.like 1 and then slide 2nd and then slide 3rd and so forth.most people do is 1 and then 1-2 seconds to the center before 2nd and then same to 3rd.i do this to all manual cars and its not about been driving for years.its about your own skills.just some people grown like s nerd jn their life thats whu they make stuffs hard for them.
