At timestamp 1:02, he stated that you need to be under 30mph in order to go into 4wd, but you can drive in 4wd as long as you are under 35mph. How can that be correct? What if you are in Auto over 35mph and it shifts into 4wd automatically? Do you have to then reduce to 35mph?

Auto is good for part time slick surfaces, say you are driving around after a snow storm and some roads are clear but wet and some are still snow covered. Instead of constantly shifting in and out of 4wd, put it in auto and just drive it. But if the roads are 100% snow and ice use 4wd.

Thats a false clam saying you don’t use more fuel having a 4x4 system. You do actually have parasitic loss to the diff that is required for the system. There is power being loss in the motion of fluid dynamics.
