Should top of windshield sit flush against rubber seal. Or just above. Very small gap visible to upclose side view . Or runng your fingers over to feel gap.

Yes the top moulding should look like a little taco between the top of the windshield and roof of the vehicle. Some gap but you shouldn’t be able to see the pinch weld

What universal moldings do you carry. I use to work for Safelite and would like to start my own thing.

Hi we use the brand Marcy, Flex Trim, Precision or Gold Group. They have many different sizes & styles like underside for the newer cars or really thick for semi trucks. They’re readily available as you know from our distributors Mygrant, Pilkington, PGW or Import Glass Corp. You should really start your own business! The results don’t come quick but it really pays off when the results come. It’s all about making relationships and asking for help when you need it. Do recommend using aftermarket or oem windshield for 19 civic that has ACC/LKAS system?

Either will work well. You will save money going through the aftermarket as regardless with a nice sized rock, the glass will break. Just make sure the technician will preform a calibration to avoid any problems with the ADAS system
