2016 zx10r: air box removal and spark plug access

So here is all you need to remove to get the airbox out and get to the plugs. This should be the same for the 2016-2019 zx10r.

Sorry, I never got a notification for this comment. I found a couple online manuals. Gen 4 manual says every 7500 miles. Gen 5 (2016+) said every 30,000 miles, which seems odd, since I believe they’re the same plug. Might be best to verify with your dealer to be safe.

@@themotofirm yeah I will give them call thanks, and thank God I have a gen 5 every 6.5k miles would be very annoying. I do a lot of riding.

@@themotofirm Wow that is surprising. I just checked the manual for 2016+ and it is 30k miles. Did they switch to iridium or something. Wowza . My 2k16 zx6r calls for every 7-8k.

Yeah not sure it’s right, although it is an iridium plug.
