How do you calculate fat percentage from your CAP score? I have seen the chart 150-248 dB/m = 0-10%, 248-260 dB/m = 11-33% etc. a million times now, but what is the fat percentage if your CAP score is say 160, 180 or 255? My doctor couldn't tell me this either.
