It is called the Toyota 86 in Asia, South Africa, North America (since August 2016), South America and Australia. It is called the GT86 in Europe and both the preceding names are used in the New Zealand. It is given the name FT86 in Nicaragua and Jamaica. The Scion FR-S was in US and Canada, and was later renamed to Toyota 86 after Scion was discontinued in August 2016. Since the video was made in America, that is why he called it the Toyota 86.
