Agree the Astros cheated but so did many, if not all MLB teams in some form or fashion but unlike the Astros, they haven’t been caught b/c fiers broke baseball’s player rules, so they will never admit. Kershaw threw 51 sliders or curves in this game a got zero swings and misses. If you understand baseball you can realize the importance of this. Someone ran a sim and determined that the odds of this happening (2017 Astros v 2017 Kershaw) were approximately 128,000 to 1. So if the teams played 30 times a year then in 4266 years it might happen . . . once. That’s not even baseball any more. It’s some other game.

This is on page 3, at the end of the second full paragraph of the Report. The $5 million fine, loss of draft picks and suspensions by MLB were all based on this report and the Astros organization has accepted the findings.
