2018 Ford F250 Transmission 6R140 FAILURE, P0735 Incorrect 5th Gear Ration, BURNT Overdrive clutches

Customer was stating transmission is slipping in 5th and 6th gear when hot. Found the transmission fluid dark and smells burnt. Scanned for diagnostic trouble codes and found P0735 5th gear incorrect ratio. The lower Teflon seal on the input shaft is the possible cause of the failure. The input shaft has scoring marks and damaged the transmission pump. Lack of fluid pressure burnt the overdrive clutches. It is more cost effective to rebuild the transmission.
