I bought my 2018 F 150 in January with the intent of supercharging it. The Supercharger took a long time to come out (I was told April by Roush and it took until now) but its pretty great. It sounds just like it did in this video. I had mine done parts and labor for 10,000, tax included. When you think about it, its a good choice, 60k MSRP Lariat F150 (sold below MSRP of course unlike the Raptor) Gave me a 650HP/610 Torque truck for about $66,000. It gets a 36,000 mile warranty. It is MUCH quicker than the Raptor, I test drove one before I decided to do this. A few things to note: 1) You are at the limit of what the 10 speed is rated to handle... so take that as you will. 2) You need to change to premium gas 3) You need to change the oil to 5W50 synthetic oil. 4) Disappointingly, you are still limited to 107 MPH so you are QUICK but not FAST.... disappointing. You CAN have this tuned to remove the limiter but if it breaks during that time... your warranty is void. The truck is very quick, I have not had a chance to do a timed run but I would guess just under 4 seconds to 60. If you want a very quick truck that sounds great for the street and light off road, I would recommend this. Putting on Raptor shocks/wheels will give you better off roading but make you not quite as quick.. so you need to make a choice.

It clearly states in Roush Manual/Warranty (Section 2 Engine Maintnance) to use Oil which is listed in your Fords Manual. Syntetic could be used also but you can stick with the same oil that your F150 came with which I believe was 5W20 for 5.0L engines. I even called Roush when my truck came back from them and they confirmed it to use same oil 5W20 ... so I am not sure where you got 5W50 from 🤔. Also per your post ... you cannot put Raptor's Fox 3.0 on F150 they just wont fit. You can go as far as Fox 2.5 that is it.

FYI those jammer heads are definitely installed incorrectly. They should be external to the car, or you'll miss shots up higher on your hood.

SUBSCRIBED. :) Love the Roush F150. What I'd like to see Rouch or a custom shop do is to move (and offer a kit) the exhaust tips IN FRONT of the rear wheels. As some owners would love to have a true "all-terrain off-road truck". The stock Ford Raptors are NOT because the pipes still exit out back. Though, the Raptor was designed as an "off-road racer..to leap off sand dunes" and not for rock crawling around Moab (Utah). :) Why not have a truck that can do both? Also, I'd like to see Roush or some one else, offer similar tech for the 2019 RAM 1500 trucks...which I think are now leading all trucks as far as interior build/features go (e.g. 12" NAV screen). There has to be an aftermarket brand (s) making superchargers and other parks for the RAM. But it's not Shelby or Roush...for now.

Trans and Axles are not upgraded but they will handle 650HP at the crank which translates to aprox. 510WHP for this truck no problem. Going above 800HP you have to start thinking aboit upgrading some components

Alfred Davis i just bought a xlt sport. Added leather and cooled seats with heated for 2200. And a whipple supercharger for 9300 stage 2 installed. Its at whipple right now. Total out the door with tax and everything for 59000.

At 650HP at the crank which is aprox. 510WHP stock Oil Pump gears will be fine. They are fine for almost past 2 years in my 2017 Roush F150 SC. If you going above 800HP it would be the time to start worrying about buying Buillet Oil Pump Gears. Shelby F150 has 758HP and they been around for couple years now with stock oil pump gears. I think you watched to much of Boosted F150 channel where his Oil Pump Gears gave in. The only difference is that Boosted F150 is putting over 800HP with custom tunning and 2.9L Whipple where Roush comes in with 2.65L blower, really light tune at 650HP and its still limited to 107MPH.

Not a raptor and will never be a raptor. You can add horse power to a raptor but you can’t add raptor to a F-150. The frame is different, all four quarter panels are different, the suspension is $10k just in shocks. HP is easy...the bones of the truck are not.

You blew it man, when you could not tell us why you couldn't here the supercharger wine! If you knew anything about the product your selling you would know the blower wine comes from the cold air box, but all sealed up like that one is you will need a sound tube installed to here the wine. But I bet you don't know what that is do you ? So you immediately say listen to the exhaust. Your just an average car salesman that does not know cars!

And Bob's outa here!!! To the bench you go, Bob. Also, it should be noted that Bob isn't 100% correct. Many vehicles have a nice sealed air box but still have incredible supercharger whine (Mustang GT500, Hellcat, etc.). The whine comes from the supercharger....not so much from the intake. Depending on the design, some are louder than others. The biggest factor here is that the new F-150's have so much sound-deadening material in the floor and firewall, it's unreal. That, combined with Roush's quieter design, is why you can't really hear it as much in this truck as in older trucks.

Ok I'm gonna be controversial and ask what's the point of this vehicle even existing? So yes in the States people require large pick up trucks for towing. That's fine but surely a diesel engine like the 6.7 litre Cummings with 800 lbs ft of torque and superior fuel economy and reliability is the better choice. Ok so you don't use it for towing but you do spend a lot of time off road. Again I'd query the need for a thirsty petrol engine and question how such a heavy vehicle with such a long wheelbase would be the best choice for serious off road capability. Ok so you don't tow heavy objects and you don't go off road. This is a vehicle that spends all it's time on the asphalt and is basically a means of transport. Ok but it has a very thirsty 650 bhp supercharged V8. An engine that makes the 3 tonne vehicle as fast as a quick saloon. But it doesn't stop as well. It doesn't steer as well. It consumes consumables quicker than it gets to 60mph and corners are it's Kryptonite. So please excuse my ignorance when I ask "What's the fucking point".

@@nickspeece5995 I get the happiness vibe. When I was much younger I had an EP3 Honda Civic Type R. I loved what it was good at so I (regrettably) spent a fortune on a Supercharger, Coilovers, LSD, CAI induction kit, K-pro ecu, anti roll bars,strut bars, light weight wheels, brake upgrades, exhaust system, wheel alignment, torque damper the list goes on. I did it because I had a passion. A scratch I had to itch. Ultimately the car was thirsty for fuel. More expensive to maintain. Higher insurance. But crucially it was bloody brilliant at being better at what it was built to do. And yes that made me happy. I could put up with the vast costs/ hard ride and noisy exhaust because I'd achieved what I'd set out to achieve. An extra 140bhp. An extra 80 lb ft of torque. Great handling . Awesome brakes. On the right day it was frigging awesome. It was a light, fast, agile hot hatchback. An enormous F series Ford Truck can be Improved with suspension, gearbox, carrying capacity etc but physically it was never designed to be a hot rod. To large. To tall. To nose heavy. It was never designed to be a kind of quick,700bhp vehicle. It's sort of OK in a straight line with perfect tyres, 100% dry, absolutely no corners and a lot of stopping distance. It's ability to do what it was built for is reduced. So what is it good at? Poor fuel economy and maintenance costs? Its certainly not fast or good at stopping and steering . But if that makes you happy. I'm all for it. FYI decent art is good in the eye of the beholder. It holds it'd value. It increases In value. I love art. A Supercharger doesn't polish a turd. Sorry. I'd rather a big capacity V8 Diesel truck that's capable of doing the work the truck was built for. Better economy. More reliable. Silly Supercharged V8 petrol in a truck not in any way shape or form built to go quickly is pointless. I'll stand by that.
