I can already see that. The limited edition yellow is somewhat of a "collectors" item, even among Stinger owners. (Allegedly, only a few hundred were shipped to the US and only a few hundred more total made.) There is also a bit of enthusiast mode for the Dubai Deep Chroma Blue factory in the US (I think a few made it to Australia factory, AFAIK, none to the US direct). They are incredible performance and handling in most conditions. Even me with my little Premium setup (hey, I finally got to dump the minivan after 15 years, don't judge :D ), I was looking at a lot of sporty sedans and so many left the market. I dropped into Kia (minivan plug for them, AMAZING rides) having no idea these even existed. I was not only surprised I hadn't thought of them, but to see a vibrant mod community for these unintentionally niche cars. I'm floored sales are on the lower side and they are already considering just moving it to an EV model or scratching it. Granted, I'm an unlikely buyer - divorced, 30's something mom - but the market for people like me has been sooooooooo directed at ugly cookie cutter sedans and minivans. This brought an AMAZINGLY nice change of pace, and still had room for my boys and a monster Sam's Club run to boot. Frankly, I LOVE that I haven't barely seen another of my car out there (my dealer salesman owns one so I got some mod info from him). But it also means others aren't buying and that's not good either. I hope they open it up to more stock colors. Love my blue, and I get making the Orange in the upper GT models limited, but I had to order the stock blue as it was. Too many black and white cars and our largish dealer only had 2 stingers on lot, both black. There needs to be a little extra oomph to bring out the ferocity (in it's price range) in this car and borrowing Hyundai colors is meh.

Here in germany iam convinced they will. Next year all new cars will taxed with 5€ for every gram CO2 above 95g, today its "only" 2€. That will increase the annual car tax massively and increase the value of cars registered before 2021 which are still taxed with 2€.

2018 models do have 360 degree cameras. Also heated seats are also in the 2018! Also sound enhancements as well! Also have wireless charging too! All the changes to your guys 2019 model is Canadians had day one on our 2018 model! 😉😝 Americans got screwed in the first year !

just got my 2019 Kia Stinger GT in Panthera Metal ... this car is awesome I have Borla exhaust system which sound freaky amazing and 19in rims(NICHE) . I also have Stinger badge on the front and rear but I should have upgraded to the GT 1 for the speakers. I guess I will just put some after market speakers. This car is freaky ass sexy..people come up to me asking what is this since I took off the Kia badges...

For exhaust, I really like Borla catback with stock downpipes and cats. Allows the in cabin volume to be acceptable for roadtrips and daily driving. Yet, still has a necessary rumble when wanted. As for your guys exhaust, I always thought the ultimate downpipes and midpipes to over exaggerate the Borla tone. Borla really did a good job creating one of the most unique tones for aftermarket exhaust. But v6tt is hard to make sound good. The only company that has seems to do the impossible is Nissan's VQ and GTR setups.

Looks like David from K8 Stinger Store just put up the MBRP catback. This design is a nice tone with upgraded pipes. Not saying Borla is bad, but this one is worth checking out. I personally prefer Borla without aftermarket pipes. If I were to get pipes, Ark or MBRP catback would be my preference. Hope to you guys colab with some different brands to get a comparison!

I liked both colors and the exhaust sounded close enough that unless I heard them back to back, I would not notice the difference. I would be happy to own either one. As for the badge snobs, I would add a Korean Kia badge that I see on local Tibbys (looks really cool) and for the few seconds they saw me, none would be the wiser. Not that I would care if they did know what left them. Impressing strangers you don't know is a poor reason for taking on payments for anything.

The ark setup is more throaty but the downpipe/mid setup doesn’t sound like a fart can when being a distance away from the camera. The 2018 in my opinion is the better of the two. Color is more neutral, sound is more consistent and the simpler features makes more sense.. same with the price.

Wow! In Russia we have rear heated seats and wireless charging from 2017... And of course the 360 camera was able in "D", cause we have damn snow on rear window for like half of the year... I'm not sure about the engine sound... That was interesting! Why in Russia we have all of this options from 2017 and USA only from 2019!? Also we have a higher suspension... Cause... Actually depends how you press the throttle. The half press is what gives you the loud noise but fun throttle is completely different, more racey

Something to think about, when adding a larger inter-cooler you will increase your turbo lag. I've also read on the stinger forums a guy who installed a larger inter-cooler having over boost issues. Not saying don't get one, just do some research. I'm going the water-meth injection route with my JB4 to avoid these problems.
