As an OLD FARM BOY....I thought I was strong throwing hay bails (about #50 lbs) up 10'. We would load the hay mow after bailing and I would also flip them over my back.BUT....This is stupid crazy power.....this is an "event" of more than one muscle group with an unbelievable ammount of weight.
