Things Hyundai could have done better: 1. The Front.. Its ugly.. The old one looked much better. 2. The rear.. Could have been better but not as bad as the front. 3. The alloys.. Even the cheaper Verna Gets a better looking alloy wheels.. It jst looks cheap..

Its very bold and sharp. They have made the design with a view point of future cars, and this shall be done to keep the future in considerations. We like the previous design as we are living in the current world phase where all the other old cars looks common to them, this is the basic design change which gets difficult for people to get adjusted with during initial view release.

Sedans are no more practical in India mainly because of our roads. I have one Ciaz and WR V, Wherever I go with Ciaz the front bumper scratches, basement parking in malls, potholes, steep entrances to the shops etc all very difficult. No where I faced issues with WR V

To potential Elantra buyers - I have the automatic from late 2014 and I must say its held up rather well. Wheel balancing is a bit weak otherwise the car has no flaws. Like the gentleman said even at Eco Mode, the car is a sufficient powerhouse. I consistently get 10km / liter for my petrol and it goes up to 11km some times if I go longer routes. I don't feel like buying a new car despite 5 years (and I am not cheap)
