2019 KTM 690 Enduro R Mods #37 Dunlop TrailMax Mission Tires - 14T Sprocket

Dunlop Trailmax Adventure TiresGiant Loop Handlebar Bags - This is the 37th of many modifications (farkles) to be added or altered on the 2019 KTM 690 Enduro R (EU). Ron, Deacon and I, were at the 16th Annual KTM Adventure Rider Rally in Breckenridge, Colorado and I had continually expressed the need for a new tire from Dunlop that would provide great traction off-road, in mud and sand, and in the wet on pavement, as well as having long life on the road. I had met the young Dunlop engineer at previous rallies, about a new adventure tire to compliment the Dunlop D908RR Rally Raid. I love the rear (4000 miles+), but the front (2000 miles) chunks too soon, and lo and behold, here they are. Dunlop sent me a set for my excursions into Mexico this winter, and even though the tires that came with the bike (Mitas E07s) only had 500 miles on them, I wanted to start my trip with the Dunlops and get as many miles on them as soon as possible.

Rather than be on the handlebars, they fit nicely on the newly designed side covers. I think they will be a welcome addition.
