2019 Mustang Ecoboost Track Day on Streets of Willow

Hey Guys and Gals, in this video I go back to Willow Springs for another Extreme Speed HPDE Event in my 2019 Ecoboost Mustang. The temperatures were hot and cars were sliding all over the track. I managed to make it through without wrecking my car and was able to get my best time so far on Streets of Willow of 1:48. Before you rip me on my lap time, I challenge you to try this course for yourself. It has 15 turns and really pushes your car and your driving skills to the limits. I hope you enjoy the video. Did you ever learn how to fix the heat soak? I am going to Willow on Sept23rd. I have oil cooler, mish racing radiator, drilled holes in my hood extractor. Cant drive more than 10-15 minutes yesterday at buttonwillow in 95 weather. Added purple ice coolant additive, larger intercooler, experimented with 5-50 oil. Only thing I have not done is Meth. Looking for the golden ticket. Love the rest of my eco.

I am not sure what your question is exactly. Are you asking if I have an aftermarket BOV (Blow Off Valve)? If so, then, no. I still have the factory BOV that is controlled by the ECU. I have thought about getting a Kompact Shortie, but have also heard that there is no realy gains to be achieved, only the cool, PHHSSSSHHHH sounds.

No I meant for the Point of views. What camera do you use when you’re driving but capturing your point of views at the same time.

@@austinc.5427 Sorry, the camera is an AKASO V50 Elite, 4K native @ 60 FPS. Of course You Tube lowers the quality, but it is not bad. I takes video in chunks of 3:27 seconds, so you have to piece it together in post processing. It was cheap an a good way to get me started. I also have a Canon SL2 with a few different lenses and I shot the aerial for my intro with my drone, DJI Mavic Mini.

@@motorheadbanger90 Very true. I had no idea my car would evolve the way it has when I bought it, but this group helped me bring her out of her shell.
