Theater of Horrors is completely uncomparable to Experimental Frenzy. Frenzy doesn't win by playing an additional card each turn like Theater, it wins by playing 5 or 6 cards in a turn. Basically, Theater provides long-term value while Frenzy provides a short-term combo finish.
