Thank you for keeping us posted and congratulations on your continued strength on sobriety along with the industrious nature to get back into life with productive and inspiring contributions. Keep the passion alive bro, and I'll always be here making these videos along the way for you to watch for if that thought process ever starts to kick back in for some reason. Alright cool, see ya.

re "Not enough vanilla." FYI, while vanilla beans are halal, vanilla extract is processed with alcohol, which makes the extract not-halal. There are some forms of vanilla that are processed with alcohol substitutes that can be used in halal cooking.

@rorymaclean6848
@rorymaclean6848 4 жыл бұрын
at a guess: it is the spices. Plenty of continental or otherwise standard "good ol american food" can be prepared in a fairly bland manner. Many households shy away from stronger flavors, so when the MRE has less spice it isn't really a complaint... but as time goes on most americans are becoming more accustomed to food with more spice and start missing it. Various foods that are more 'ethnic' get somewhat special treatment because even if they aren't 100% accurate, they still need a certain level of spices to be recognizable as a given dish.

Steve your videos are so calming and stabilizing. I know people have said it, but it’s especially important now. When I have spent too much time dealing with what has become the main stream and sanity and my own morale takes a precipitous drop, all I have to do is watch a few videos, even ones I’ve seen over and over again to help it recover.
