Hi Brian 😄, you might like what VW did for the 2020 Passat and all new 2019 Arteon. It's wonderful that VW has not given up on 4 door sedans, and I think the Passat also comes in a Wolfsburg edition. Very awesome that Passat comes in varied standout trims.

I've recently considered getting a Volkswagen Passat, nice looking in design plus much better so far in fuel economy as prices are not too bad vs on American cars. I love my 2006 Lincoln Town Car & like to get another Lincoln but I don't know, never thought I'd ever think of buying a Volkswagen until recently as I've said. Nice looking cars.

Interesting to be honest I've been "upgraded" from a Mercedes Class A to a VW Passat on my car rental. Satisfactory but not outstanding is how I would quality the look of this car. Certainly not on par with BMW Camaro Mercedes but far better than a Fiat 500 or other monstrosities. Idk why it seems cars seem to get uglier and uglier each year.

VW says there is new Interior Ambient lighting in this version of the Passat (SE R-line only). I've yet to see one photo or video of what it looks like even though it's one of the top 5 new features in the 2019 Passat SE R-line. What's the deal with it?

Not on this model, I don't think any Volkswagen's come with remote start.

Actually yes the SE R-Line only available in the 2019 and forward model years do have a remote start feature.

@@ks9326 right, I know that the higher end trims of Passat's from i believe 2010 and onward (RIP Passat :( ) have remote start. I know for the jetta it's weird though, because the jetta you have to get the cold weather package to get the remote start but the higher trim level jettas have heated seats, all the cold weather package adds is the remote start and the heated steering wheel.

what do you mean? do you think trubo is only for racing cars or something? it's a 2 liter... ofc it has a turbo, my 1,9 liter has one aswell, most diesel cast has a turbo if it's a 2 liter.
