Chevy Camaro is my favorite American car. I bought my Camaro last year (fortunately model with a nicer front grill), but as I'm living in Europe, I had only two options 2.0 Turbocharged I4 or 6.2 V8. Unfortunately, the new V8 was way too expensive for me, so I went with the 2Turbo I4 LT2 version. I'm so far very happy with this car, I was really surprised how nice the leather interior is, I love HUD and satnav with Bose sound system. 275 BHP is enough for me but of course, the grumbling sound of V8 is awesome and unique. Thanks for nice Camaro review!

Thanks, Darth Ezio! Glad you like your I4. I didn’t realize they sold the Camaro in Europe. The V-8 is a brute. What part of the EU are you?

I want to buy a camaro I’m obsessed with them and I’m kinda on a budget, I don’t know much about them I just know I want one. Which one is the regular basic one? In other words the most affordable one? I would really appreciate it. And also would you recommend a convertible based on this review or a convertible coupe instead?

Wendy, this would be a great option. The V-8 is a lot of power and the 4 cylinder is the cheapest option. I’ve done reviews of both those cars as well if you want to check them out. Good luck!

The V6 with a manual transmission is best bang for the buck unless you just gotta have a V8. Camaro may be at end of the road in 2023. Sales keep dropping and GM is all about CUV, SUV and EV. Maybe in 2030 there will be an electric Camaro that will put any V8 to shame. Time will tell. PS: I know some little kids that hate being stuck in the back of a Camaro, they can't see out and get car sick.
