These motorized bikes are awesome to ride. This was my first build, so it took me about 5-6 hours to actually build this bike. It's still in the break-in period. One more tank full, and I'll be good to go. Thanks for watching guy's!

Ha ha that was great! I found a "Cranbrook" frame at the dump, and I'm going to make it into a gas bike!

In TN too … how are the cops in your area? I see you have a 50cc motor… any trouble w needing lights, signals, etc?

No trouble or issues. Just make sure you follow the rules of the road. Have fun and stay safe. Thanks for watching.

How did the sprocket sit comfortably
@ShaneSharpVlogs2 жыл бұрын
After the sprocket is installed you will have to tighten the bolts after every two or three rides until it stays tight (rubber compressed). Not as bad as it seems. Thanks for watching!

Is it holding up ok with the stock rear hub/bearings? I've heard that its a major weak point on this bike but then again that's coming from 8yr old forums soooo...
@ShaneSharpVlogs4 жыл бұрын
So far so good. No issue at all. I did tighten them a week or so ago, but that's no problem. Thanks for watching!

MAN THEY ARE GARBAGE! I have an IDENTICAL bike to this man, same frame and motor. And they seem ok, then all of a sudden, the come loose. The wheel gets a whole ass inch of wobble, and i looked at the coaster brake and it got ground to literal powder. If you buy one, get a good wheel!

@@greecherthecreature I'll keep this in mind. Thanks for letting me know. I'm building one of these just this week. I'm looking for a wheel that fits same as stock, got any reccomendations?

@@N9197U Mag wheels made specifically for motorized bicycles will do, but dont get mag wheels for a regular bicycle and try to bolt the sprocket to the disc hub. It doesn’t work.

Hey, I just bought this bike for my first motorized bicycle build! I commute 3 miles roundtrip to class every day, I got the 7G 4 stroke kit. Have you had any issues at all so far with the bicycle itself, or anything I should look out for?
@ShaneSharpVlogs2 жыл бұрын
No issues just basic maintenance. Such as clutch adjustment, chain replacement, spark plugs, and tires to name a few. Just check and make sure everything is tight after each ride. Thanks for watching!

@@ShaneSharpVlogs thanks! One question- did you use wide pedals? If so, did you need a separate bottom end conversion kit to mount them? I'm not sure if the new pedals in the kit I just ordered will go right on the bike as is. (My kit is a 4 stroke so I will definitely need wide pedals)

Hey man I want to build the same build with my bike but the coaster brakes are really bad, what type of caliper brakes do you recommend putting on it?
