I really appreciate your videos in regards to the motor itself I found a decent motor kit for about $150 everything except for the motor and the crankshaft is made relatively cheap but for 150 bucks yaheeda has the best motor kits for the price in my opinion

Thanks for this brief intro to motor prep. It was helpful. Wish I would have did more research before I ordered the 97 dollar 2 stroke. Luckily I havent put it on yet, so cleaning up burrs will be less dirty lol. Im just worried about touque for hills. I do have a 44 tooth. think i might bump it up a bit though. Bought my motor and its been sitting in the box for a couple months lol. Lazyness I guess.

Pro tip: with the proper piston that matches the bottom end, all the cylinders have similar enough port timing to be inter-changeable. I was hard up and needed an emergency jug replacement and discovered my cylinder from an older "type A" piston engine worked with my Zeda80, which has the longer connecting rod, and requires the type "B" style piston or as Amazon usually calls them, "high hole" piston. Only thing is, the stud spacing on the intake port- it's either 32mm or 40mm and youd have to get a different intake pipe if you changed cylinders and ended up with a different measurement, but I assure you the cylinders will work in every aspect but that one.

I'm running two different engines. One is a Run Well and the other is a ZEDA engine. Both are ported, balanced cranks, Tuned pipes, High Compression heads, Big Box Racing Reeds, Hotter Plugs, longer Intake Tube, and finally a Richer Main Carburetor Jet. Fuel Mix is 50 to 1, Stelle Chainsaw Full Synthetic Oil and 92 octane gasoline. Stock these engines put out about 2.2 Horsepower. With my Mods and if I ran the math correctly, I'm getting about 9.2865 Horsepower. The bike is an Aluminum Flat Frame 26 in. Beach Cruiser, running 2.25 wide Tires at 50 lbs. This thing can really get up and go, climbs the hills like a goat. What a hobby. Thanks for the info.

I used your videos to build my "Beast" with ZERO EXPERIENCE. The manual that came with it was pretty much USELESS. I was totally in the DARK as to -- HOW -- I was going to assemble this thing. I looked at LOTS of videos and was SO LOST as to what needed to be done. THEN --- I found your video tutorials. WOW. These let me know -- EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO KNOW in how to build one of these little bone shakers. Your videos couldn't be any more SIMPLISTIC and --- UNDERSTANDABLE. After I built mine, I had various minor glitches that wasn't anything too hard to figure out. My little Beast probably is running about 35 plus MPH straight as is stock. Very rarely do I get it at full throttle as I come up too fast onto the stop signs. After I break it in good i plan on adding a couple of high performance parts. I do not plan to bore it out or anything drastic, just add maybe a Boost Bottle and a Combustion Chamber muffler. I don't think I have enough room to add a large carbureator. I may or may not have enough room for a high compression head, but I'm not really sure. I do know about the Jack Shifter, but I really don't wish to run it at about 65 to 75 MPH after utilizing all 21 gears. It's a MOUNTAIN BIKE for God's sake. My little "Beast" really flies as it is and I'm really IMPRESSED with it. I have had a Honda CB200, a Honda PA50 Moped, and my favorite - the Tomos 2 speed automatic Silver Bullet moped. But NEVER something like THIS LITTLE THING. And --- YES --- I thoroughly believe in helmets and NEVER ride without one, unless I am using a Motor less Bike. You can ask Gary aBusey about that one. Ha ha --- ha -ha.

I like the runwell motor with upgraded bolts .the crank is tight and the only problem I see is the clutch bearing needs upgraded to a better bearing then the cheap one that is stock.the stock carb is fine but the air filter needs more flow then the stock one lets it get.i use a skateboard wheel on my chain tensioner stock bracket to replace the plastic one.and a up graded muffler with a expansion chamber.dual handbrakes are nice too.expect to haft to work on a bike from time to time as they need upkeep.

The heads are interchangeable on all of the 66cc. They're all 66cc. Chinese call them 80cc but they measure different. Stock carb is fine unless you get into porting and a good expansion chamber. look into jetting and plug chop. That will help a lot

I have never liked that type of tensioner, it's uglier than a mud-fence, but maybe if somebody would chrome-plate some of these, and put some on eBay at a reasonable price, I might get a couple of them for my 4-stroke bikes, to have something different on a couple of them, plus I really want a nicer tensioner for those bikes, and since they don't make one of those spring-tensioners that attach to the engine of a 4-stroke, if I don't find a decent one for sale, I'll probably end-up fabricating my own tensioner for those bikes, thanks for sharing.

So any recommendations on what kits I should get? I looked at the links but got confused lol. I will say I have plenty of tools and work space for this project and I’m no stranger to this area I have a general understanding of everything I feel. Also from what I’ve heard it takes a lot of maintenance for these to work well and to stay working well. And one last thing my price range is $150-$250 I really don’t wanna spend $250 but Ik some things are worth putting the money into but if I could get a good kit for $180-$200 I’d be happy

A 3-4 hp reed motor Keep the stock pipe So it’s quiet. A 44-44T sprocket should get you ~25-30mph & you won’t have to pedal. Not a 1.5-2hp eBay kit. Matt from bmw is supposed to be pretty good

I cant find any kits on ebay directly from China. Maybe I'm searching incorrectly. Anyone have a link to an ad or site from China. I live overseas and only China ships stuff for cheap.

Bikeberry is decent, you still need to inspect the cylinder, cylinder studs, gaskets, head and the like.

Why does everyone only go to Amazon they don't offer PayPal or afterpay they just want your card details. Ebay you can't just buy the engine this is bullshit.
